Rearing War Horse

At sunset, on a grassy hill in the American Wild West stands a powerful roan coated war horse. Wearing Native American warpaint, the Indian pony rears up as its dark mane and tail blow in the prairie winds. This determined mustang bears its teeth with quite a look of determination.

This is the fourth work in a series of war painted, roan coated mustangs that I've done recent. I actually started this one first, but spent forever trying to get the pose the way I like it.
